ERROR: 'configure' exists but is not executable — see the 'R Installation and Administration Manual'解决方法

R 语言会将临时可执行文件放在/tmp下，但是很多Linux因为安全设置会将/tmp设置为noexec， 所以就会造成ERROR: 'configure' exists but is not executable — see the 'R Installation and Administration Manual'的错误

解决:

将 /tmp设置为exec

mount -o remount,exec /tmp

如果还需要变回来，可以执行下面语句

mount -o remount,noexec /tmp
